Toys "R" Us are now selling a Club Penguin Watch for $9.99. The website says there currently out of stock but try different Toys "R" Us stores around the U.S because you will possibly see one. There is more possibility of this watch to be sold in Canada as thats where Club Penguins head office is, somewhere in Dickson Avenue. 
It's quite a cool watch, I might buy it actually.
